There should be very little in-person court work but I have logged it as a hybrid role, as I think we would expect some flexibility in this regard.
Recent in depth knowledge and post qualification experience in Adult Social Care litigation and Community Care Law to include advising on social services functions in respect of community care law, foreign nationals, safeguarding and judicial review challenges.
