Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – South West – £50-£55 via Umbrella ­­­– Remote Working – 3 Months – Full or Part Time
Venn Group’s specialised legal team is working with a Local Authority in the South West of England who are seeking to appoint an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyerto join their team.  This position is for an initial term of 3 months. Both full and part time applicants will be considered.
Duties may include providing expert advice and supporting the Council on all Commercial Property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions.
     
An hourly umbrella rate of up to £55 is offered for this role.
