We are ideally seeking full-time but are prepared to consider less than the hours stated for the right candidate if necessary
- contracts including interpretation, drafting, contract management, disputes and termination.
- Ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and the Council’s Constitution
- Advice on local government and contract and commercial law generally
- Supporting income generation by providing advice to external clients in respect of commercial and contractual matters
- Engaging in marketing activities including attending networking events, presenting training courses and writing website articles.
