A friendly and well-regarded local authority in London is seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer to join their stable and welcoming Criminal Litigation team on a locum basis. This contract will be for a minimum of 3 months but is expected to roll on longer than this.
This is a hybrid role with office and court attendance required in London.
The successful locum Criminal Litigation Lawyer will have previous local authority experience and be able to independently handle a mixed caseload of prosecutions matters.
Cases include:
- Trading standards
- HMO licenses
- Sub-letting
- Fraud
- Miscellaneous Criminal Litigation matters
The successful locum Prosecutions Lawyer will be joining friendly and well-managed Criminal Litigation team of seven, with excellent support and resources.
