Form of workSellick Partnership are currently seeking a locum Education Solicitor to join a nice and supportive team in a Yorkshire based Local Authority on a full-time, remote basis.
The successful Education Solicitor will have experience in Education law & SEN and will be required to take on a mixed caseload which may include matters such as:
- Undertake casework
- Providing legal advice
- Undertake tribunal hearings
- Duty rota
- SEN matters
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor/ Cilex or barrister with a practicing certificate or equivalent.
