Provide high level legal and property-related advice to Members and senior officers covering property, highway and local government law, and act for the Council in the progression of complex property matters relating to the Council’s land holdings, including the devolution of Council property assets, disposals at an undervalue, overage provisions and options and the Council’s powers relating to the same.
There will be a requirement to work under pressure and to tight timescales to deliver Council priority capital receipts and revenue savings
