A well run, purpose built GP surgery in Swindon, Wiltshire who are part of a larger well organised group are looking for additional sessions to support their current workforce for 4-8 sessions per week as long term locum (3-12 months ) with a view of moving into a Substantive position, paying extremely well.
Our client who we have worked with for many years are needing some extra support due to demand and seek a long term locum GP or a salaried GP or Partnership This position is the best of both and provides the security of a permanent position, with all the benefits and financial reward of a locum position. To them, all GPs no matter of their seniority or position - are treated equally. They have a very fair day set up, as they want all GPs to have a good work life balance and working day.
They score GOOD with CQC and have high QOF points and ideally are looking for the right person to join the team either as a locum or salaried. They are an extremely unique surgery with a different way of working to ensure patient continuity and safety is paramount.
The package Locum:
- Up to £800 / day / up to £13k / session
- Outside of IR35
- Free on-site parking
