To support this we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced L&OD Consultant to join our L&OD Partnering team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role you will support our IT Division to deliver a specific Agile Awareness training programme to over 600 IT colleagues. A comprehensive learning journey encompasses a balance of self-paced learning, facilitated workshops and trainer led classroom sessions. You will work closely with internal colleagues and an external training provider to facilitate and deliver this training programme and ensure that this new way of working is rolled out efficiently and effectively within the organisation. You will build and maintain relationships with the agile delivery team, business managers and HR colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of this project to meet business objectives.
About you
You have a proven L&OD background and experience of the full ADDIE life cycle. You have excellent facilitation skills and a proven track record of delivering behavioural change face to face and virtually. You possess sound project/PMO skills with the ability to manage programme co-horts through their learning journey. You also have experience of effectively communicating with and influencing diverse stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience of leadership development and behaviours skills delivery
- Have a consultative approach to your work and be an effective influencer
- Excellent negotiation and teamwork skills
- An understanding of project management methodology
- Knowledge of agile and agile technical skills is desirable
