The Estate is focused on farming and the environment and has a ground breaking nature restoration project url removed , and an extensive portfolio of commercial and residential properties, a Livery yard, airstrip and a wedding venue, and for the right candidate there is the opportunity to expand the role into the management of future ecotourism ventures.
As Park Manager you will be responsible for the budgets and operation of the park, ensuring that it is maintained to the highest possible standards, with the guest experience being of paramount importance. Reporting to the directors, you will liaise closely with the parks booking partner, and manage the team of cleaners and in house staff. You will ensure guest problems and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and you will also seek to maximise upselling opportunities and help make a success of this ambitious new business.
Main Responsibilities:
- To oversee the day to day operation of the Park including changeover days (Mondays and Fridays)
- Liaise with Hoseasons for lodge bookings
- To ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered
- To ensure that customer feedback is swiftly acknowledged and acted on where appropriate
- To maintain high standards of accommodation presentation
- To ensure that staff are trained to meet statutory health and safety requirements
- To maintain all appropriate compliance and H&S records
- Ordering supplies and stock
- To identify opportunities to expand, promote and develop the business
- To make regular financial and operational reports to the directors
- To manage social media and brand awareness

You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom and have a full, clean driving licence as well as a DBS check. Bank Holiday working will also be required.
