We're on the hunt for passionate Loft Insulation Installers to join our clients vibrant team and be a part of revolutionising insulation solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Manage daily schedules, collect insulation materials, and conduct risk assessments.
- Install Loft Insulation, fit eave trays, raised storage boards, and remove pre-existing insulation.
- Communicate issues to the Install manager and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Ensure completion of necessary documentation and post-installation evidence.
- Adhere to industry and company quality standards for all work.
- Maintain safety protocols, including van, ladder, and PPE checks, and ensure fireproof caps on spotlights and draft-proof loft hatches.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in insulation installation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
