Base Salary: £43,000- £46,000 (depending on experience)
This role will be based full time in Poland!

The Opportunity:
Can you inspire others, drive innovation and encourage collaboration? We are looking for an experienced Logistics Team Leader / Warehouse Supervisor to assist in establishing and maintaining a range of Logistic Services in Poland.
Initially based in the UK for 6-12 Months, this role will relocate to the Warsaw area in Poland as our new warehouse facility nears completion.The role is to provide supervision of the small logistics team and ensure effective Logistic Services, in compliance with MBDA policies and vision. Key responsibilities will be ensuring the effective storage, import, export, receipting, despatch and accurate accounting of assets and equipment.
What we're looking for from you:

• Experience in warehouse activities of receiving, storing and distribution in line with MBDA policies, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of all functions, performance and productivity.
• Experience in a Supervisory role, ideally within a busy logistics environment, including the co-ordination of resources to meet a demand.
• Demonstrable experience leading and growing individuals and teams.
• Comfortable working in Poland, recognising linguistic and cultural differences whilst looking for ways to build strong relationships through shared goals and values.
• Maintain excellent working relationship with all key business and support units.
• The ability to inspire, lead and nurture a small team.
• Manage the smooth running of the day-to-day warehouse operations and Logistics Services.
• Proven record of working with cultural differences. Specific experience of working in Poland; with the ability to speak / write Polish would be highly advantageous.
• A recognised qualification in supply chain management or Logistics will be preferred and well received.
• Experience in the creation, completion and management of documentation required to effect export deliveries, to include, transport documents, dangerous goods note, customs formalities.
• Understand the operation and input requirements of our third-party SAP system / SAP experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to foster and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide range of Internal & External Stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety Policies within the operating environment.
