I am seeking a dedicated Logistics Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in logistics administration, looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role of the Logistics Administrator:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure premises, assets, and communications are used effectively
- Utilize logistics IT systems to optimize procedures
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff according to availability and requirements
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Required Skills & Qualifications of the Logistics Administrator:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Administrator for at least 1 year
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
