We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to oversee route scheduling and maintenance visits for our client's field teams. This opportunity offers plenty of variety supporting operational needs across service, fleet, inventory, and personnel areas.Main responsibilities:* Schedule and route plan for 50+ field engineers dispatching them on maintenance and critical fault visits.* Communicate with customers and internal teams to coordinate site arrival times and technician requirements.* Arrange personnel travel, fleet usage and inventory logistics required for field operations.* Maintain vehicle maintenance records and authorization on repairs, MOTs, etc.* Provide general oversight on budgets, overtime, toll usage, and other expenses.* Help track KPIs through administrative databases.* Coordinate employee training sessions both onsite and offsite.Your profile:* 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a dynamic operational environment.* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.* Meticulous attention to detail.* Competent in managing records, spreadsheets and schedules.* Experience juggling competing priorities under tight timelines.* Customer service skills.The successful Logistics Coordinator can expect a starting salary of £25k + BenefitsEverlinked is operating as an equal opportunities employment agency
