Job Description
As Logistics and Operations Coordinator you will be reporting into Head of Supply Chain and can expect to have the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate Logistics and order fulfilment for direct to consumer operations.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its customers, addressing queries and concerns.
- Ensure timely dispatch of products, maintaining the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with supply chain to manage inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Prepare regular reports on D2C operations for senior management.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the D2C model.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to handle returns and refunds.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards in the FMCG industry.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Logistics and Operations Coordinator based in Slough will come with the following skillset:
- A strong understanding of Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical skills to manage inventory and produce detailed reports - Excel experience required (Vlook-ups, Pivot tables etc.)
- Proven ability to coordinate Logistics and fulfil orders on time.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Some travel required (adhoc basis)

- £35k Basic Salary
- Hybrid (3 days in office Tues and Wed core days) - Monday to Friday working days
