- Managing all hire co-ordination task for transport, ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Record all transport movements.
- Liaise with multiple internal departments including Drivers, Engineers, Fleet, Service planning, Fuel, Customs, Sales and Customer Centre teams.
- Quality and timely communication with others to ensure they are kept informed of delivery / collection times.
- Ensuring hand over information is provided to other team members.
- Collaborating with drivers on best routes and transport plans to achieve efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ordering emergency vehicles to deliver and collect hires as they happen.
- Participating in frequent Teams calls for emergency hires, large projects etc.
- You will have strong experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment.
- Able to develop and manage stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across wider teams.
- Knowledge of logistics would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Experience using a CRM system.
