Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Harrogate, HG3

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

This role forms part of a procurement team within a family business dealing with importing & exporting goods.

You’ll be responsible for managing the import & export process from start to finish and ensure products comply with international and domestic regulations and in accordance with HMRC customs regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import/export shipments, including custom clearance and documentation

• Monitor and analyse import/export data to identify any issues

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Develop, maintain and update internal policies and procedures

• Conduct regular audits across all areas of regulatory compliance

Key Skills:

• Previous experience working in an import/export environment

• Experience with HMRC regulations

• Previous experience with licenced products

• Strong administrative, organisational, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication, numeracy and IT skills inc Microsoft Office
