Salary circa GBP31,600 per annum

Hours - 12-hour shifts from 16:00 - 04:00 Monday to Thursday

We have a fantastic opportunity in Sevenoaks for a Logistics Facilitator (Night Shift) to work for one of our clients. In this role you will be working full-time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the warehouse is orderly and in the most efficient state to deliver on the promises made to our customers
• Provide customers with the right quantity of the correct goods on time and in full
• Promote and ensure compliance with company policies regarding Health & Safety and other applicable legislation as directed
• Fulfil and promote compliance with the Quality Management System as advised by the Compliance Manager
• Pick stock for production and for sales orders accurately, efficiently, and effectively and top up picking bays wherever necessary
• Ensure all orders are checked, packed, and despatched neatly and accurately
• Keep stock control systems updated and ensure inventories are accurate
• Keep stock levels accurate and up-to-date on Epicor, recording changes in a timely and efficient manner
• Seek, evaluate and act upon feedback, continuously enhancing the quality of services provided
• Ensure regular maintenance is conducted on the logistics equipment, optimising efficiency, and minimising down time
• Support and actively participate in project teams as and when required
• Other duties as deemed reasonable

Skills and Experience

• This is a strenuous physical role that requires energy and motivation
• Experience in Customer Focussed role
• Usage of CRM s or WMS s
• Knowledge of basic Health & Safety at work
• Understanding of 5s and the importance of efficiency
• Some knowledge and understanding of I.T software
• Forklift, Order Picker, Electric Pallet Truck licenses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude
• High attention to detail
• Understanding of Part Numbering and what each component within the Part Numbers means
• Basic knowledge of Product Application scenarios
• Must be willing to learn and adapt
• Must ask for help whenever required
