Equans is looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team in Coleshill, B46 1JU on an 18 Month Fixed Term contract. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
What will you deliver?
Our Logistics Manager is key to successfully completing the project the organisation is undertaking. Their daily responsibilities include aligning the project with business objectives, constructing detailed work plans, managing teams, achieving milestones, and communicating the results to stakeholders.
- The role covers planning work involving Installation and deinstallation of National Lottery equipment across the UK and Ireland
- Ensure the project is delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
- Report and escalate to senior management as and when needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Carrying out the training required to support the role within the site contract.

Who are we looking for?
- Recognised industry standard qualification relating to planning and routing.
- Clean Driving licence
- Previous project management experience
- Team working experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Experience of using a CAFM system
