Synergy Personnel are looking for a Logistics/Buying Assistant to join a busy heritage construction and restoration company in Central London.
THE ROLE:
- Assisting with the answering of incoming phone calls
- Work through any tasks given by the Logistics Manager
- Helping manage the company and hired plant and vehicles
- Supply chain management
- Raising Purchase Orders as requested and expediting outstanding orders
- Ensuring accounts have all the required information to process invoices
ABOUT YOU:
- Understanding or the importance of Waste Management
- An understanding of supply chain procedures
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Sage, Access and Outlook
- Be able to travel to the Head Office in Central London as required
