We are looking for Care Givers to join our amazing team:

Full Time / Alternative Weekends (30+ hours a week)

Part time / Alternative weekends (12+ hours a week)

COVERING AREA'S:

Farnham, Aldershot, Wrecclesham, Farnborough, Fleet, Church Crookham.

DO YOU:

Have a UK driving license and access to a vehicle?
Able to work Mornings and/ or Evenings
Able to work alternate weekends?
have reliable and compassionate caregiving skills
Currently living in the UK?
Based within approx 20 minutes of Farnham

Qualifications & Experience

No experience is required as a full induction and ongoing training will be provided. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as a caring nature is required but previous experience working in a care role is desirable but not essential.

Good organisational and time management skills are very important.

Please note: As this role involves giving care to clients in their own home you must have a driving license and have access to a vehicle with business insurance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure the highest possible levels of care provision are maintained at all times.
To undertake all duties in accordance with the policies and procedures of Right at Home at all times
Liaise closely with the Care Manager at all times.
Duties will include personal care to allow Clients to maintain their personal hygiene, appearance and physical comfort.
Assisting in the preparation and making of meals, drinks and snacks.
To provide assistance with other tasks of daily living which may include cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of their environment, shopping, laundry and bill paying.
To assist Clients to take medication as identified in their care plan.
Participate in team meetings, staff events, attend any training provided by the company and reviews as required.
Remain compliant by regularly completing online training
To work as part of a team with colleagues
To work in accordance with the weekly work schedule and maintain timely records.
To provide social support, talking and listening to the Client, helping them to maintain contact with friends and family and other contacts in potentially isolating situations.
To contribute to the safe moving and handling of Clients to maximise their physical abilities and mobility.
Act on your own initiative and exercise good decision making skills.

YOU MUST HAVE VALID RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK AND CURRENTLY BE LIVING IN THE COUNTRY.
