Low Carbon Product Manager - Energy - London

Global Energy Provider now requires a Product Manager to develop and implement the product strategy for an innovative customer centric Low Carbon solution offering.
This product Manager will join a cross-functional team, contributing to our clients new and ever-improving product lines. The ideal Product Manager will have experience of Low Carbon energy solutions including hydrogen, EV etc from a product and service-led perspective and also ideally have experience working in a FinTech / innovative B2C technology environment.
The role:

• Develop and implement the product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Identify key success criteria by partnering with an array of domain experts.
• Understanding and assessing consumer needs to deliver innovative product solutions.
• Lead a cross-functional team and shape user stories to ensure the delivery of roadmaps.
• Translate business outcomes into a prioritized product backlog (initiatives, Epics, Features, PBIs)
• Collaborate with our clients internal technical and design leads to implement and drive secure and scalable payment solutions that solve the problems of the end-consumer.

Key requirements:

• STEM degree, MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience delivering customer centric Low Carbon solutions/and experience within the Fintech space.
• Deep knowledge of digital domains, products, and journeys.
• Familiarity with LEAN product development and deliverables (business model canvases, lean product canvases etc.)
• Strong knowledge of software development, Software-as-a-service, web services and application design.
• Good understanding of the Software Development lifecycle and practices (Agile preferred).
• Proven experience in product design, execution, and launch.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional/multi-disciplined teams to deliver successful customer focused products.

This fantastic opportunity provides a base salary of up to £85,000 plus a market leading benefits package.
In terms of location, this role is be based out of our clients Central London office with 3 days per week on-site and the rest remote.
