Customer Strategy Manager
Location- Reading/London/Hybrid
3 month initial contract with extensions

Currently working with a Household Brand who are looking to bring on board a Customer Strayegy Manager
- Lead the day to day definition of the customer and loyalty strategy
- Complete customer analysis and needs assessments
- Manage stakeholders across Marketing, Loyalty, C&H, Food, Strategy to obtain inputs and workshop strategic approaches
- Build Board level storyline, including financial assessment (value vs cost)
- Drive an innovative and creative approach to defining the future of Loyalty and inspire alignment across the organisation
