Qatar Airways have embarked on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers. As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for the role of Loyalty Specialist Europe, to support our 27 markets across Europe.
Based in London, this entirely new role will support the Loyalty Manager in delivering the strategy for customer loyalty for the European region. You will work closely with the Head Office Loyalty team based in Qatar and multiple stakeholders across the business to attract and create value for members, driving customer acquisitions and engagement through partnership development, promotional activities, events and proposition enhancements.
Specific Accountabilities
· Business Development to source and grow regional partnerships
· Manage partnership performance, implementing new and innovative activities to grow customer acquisition, Avios issuance and redemption and Flight revenue.
· Track and analyse regional performance metrics and plan activities to achieve business growth targets.
· Prepare business cases for targeted marketing campaigns, promotions and customer events.
· Review and recommend changes to the loyalty value proposition.
· Monitor loyalty activities in key markets to drive insights and provide recommendations.
· Plan and host high value customer events.
· Work closely with Digital & Marketing colleagues to integrate loyalty messaging in relevant channels.
· Act as the subject matter expert on Loyalty to share best practice, developments and drive change across the business.
There will be some travel as part of this role.

Qualifications
Qualifications - External
· Ideally a bachelor’s Degree within Marketing or a related discipline
· Solid experience within loyalty and digital marketing
· Experience in new business and partnership development
