Monday – Friday 8.45 – 3.45

We are a school for pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex behaviours based in Olton, with a Satellite Centre at Green Lane in Shirley. We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to start as soon as possible at our Reynalds Cross site, supporting pupils within our school.  
You will have a proven background and experience of successfully working in a special school environment, be able to form good working relationships with students, be an excellent role model and have excellent skills in responding to and resolving challenging behaviours. 
You will need to be an enthusiastic and committed professional who is flexible and reliable, with the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels, particularly as a member of a team.
