Luxury Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service and expertise to our discerning clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized beauty consultations and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge across our portfolio of luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance brands.Assisting clients with product selection, application techniques, and skincare routines to achieve their desired results.Building and maintaining strong client relationships through follow-up communication and personalized service.Meeting and exceeding sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.Staying current on beauty trends, industry developments, and product innovations to provide informed recommendations to clients.Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring the seamless operation of the beauty department.
Requirements:- Prior experience in luxury retail, preferably within the beauty industry.Strong passion for skincare, makeup, and fragrance, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the luxury experience we offer to our clients.
