Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Client Advisor at The Luxury Address in Dubai. The Private Client Advisor will be responsible for business relationship management, investments, and sales. The role involves assisting clients in buying or selling luxury properties, guiding them through the process from initial consultation to closing. The Private Client Advisor will need to have a deep understanding of the Dubai property market and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Qualifications

• Experience in business relationship management
• Preference for beachfront community and branded residences specialists
• Sales skills and experience in the real estate industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of luxury properties and the Dubai property market
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g. real estate license)
• Driving licence
