About the job

We are recruiting a Full Time or Part-time Luxury Retail Assistant for our stores on the Royal Mile. We are looking for someone who is available 3 to 5 days on a rota of 7 days per week.

As a Luxury Retail Assistant, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.

About you:

• Previous experience in a Luxury Retail environment (beneficial)
• Able to work well with others & approach others easily
• Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers & advising on our products
• Ensuring all goods are well presented
• Processing payments
• Checking off deliveries which arrive in store
• Ensure shop floor is stocked and always presented well
• Maintaining knowledge of our goods
