Luxury Travel Administrator required for a Luxury Travel company specialising in yacht charters and adventure travel. The role is based in modern offices in Knutsford and can be full time or part time and carries a salary of up to 24,000 pro-rata.
Luxury Travel Administrator responsibilities:
- Assisting the team manage current client bookings
- New booking enquiries
- Answering pre and post trip queries
- Preparing and checking all travel documentation and liasing with a wide range of customers
- Updating availability and pricing on the in-house system and website
- General ad-hoc administration duties
Luxury Travel Administrator skills:
- Background with working with UHNWI's and professional clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to research, collate and summarise information
- Confident user of MS Office365 products
- Excellent organisational skills
