THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Luxury Travel Consultant to join their team.
Luxury Travel Consultant Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers in travel discussions, providing an enjoyable in-store experience.
  • Personalise holiday planning to match customer preferences, interests, and budget.
  • Offer a diverse range of travel products.
  • Ensure a seamless booking process for customers and act as their concierge.
  • Surprise and delight customers with special touches leading up to their travel.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and foster relationships with specialist brands and suppliers.
  • Support the team with the store social media.
  • Attend and host events to entertain VIP customers.
THE PERSON
Luxury Travel Consultant Key Skills And Experience
  • Knowledge and passion of long-haul travel destinations.
  • Possess expertise in the travel industry and tailor-made holiday sales.
  • Previous sales experience hitting monthly targets.
  • Previous experience with booking systems.
  • Previous experience working retail hours.
  • Exceptional time management and organisaitonal skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable.
This position is based in Sheffield with excellent travel benefits and an opportunity to earn great commission.
