Job description

As an M365 Admin Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration environment, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning. You will work closely with the wider DTS team and stakeholders to provide technical support, maintain the infrastructure, and drive innovation.

To enable that DTS has formulated a technology strategy, which is to build a Strong Operational Core, which we define as Shared Platforms, Shared Infrastructure, Shared Data and Shared Process all wrapped in Excellent Customer Services.

Description

As an M365 Admin Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration environment, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning. You will work closely with the wider DTS team and stakeholders across the School to provide technical support, maintain the infrastructure, and drive innovation.

Profile

Qualifications for a successful MS 365 Admin Expert:

  • Microsoft certifications in M365 administration, such as MS-100, MS-101, MS-500, M365 Teamwork Administrator Associate, or equivalent experience.
  • SharePoint Admin with experience working within the SharePoint Admin center and related admin centers to manage the SharePoint,
  • Teams Admin with experience within the Teams Admin center to manage Teams Collaboration,
  • Experience with managing OneDrive, Modern work apps and Productivity services as an admin.
  • Experience of Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience of SharePoint Developer tasks, customisation of SharePoint sites/environment.
