M&A Senior Associate/Manager - Leading Corporate Finance Advisor

Our client is a specialist mid-market Corporate Finance Advisory business with offices in London, Dubai and other Middle East locations. As the London office continues their expansion, the team are seeking a Senior Associate/Manager to support the execution of mid-cap M&A transactions across UK and the Middle East.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with previous M&A transaction experience, to join specialist team working with multinational clients on deals involving the Middle East.

In this role, you will work directly with the Partner in the team to support the execution of Corporate Finance mandates and perform broad roles involving all aspects of a transaction lifecycle. This includes, the delivery of critical transaction materials, from financial models to investor and buyer research, drafting information memoranda, due diligence and project managing transactions to financial close.

Requirements:

• The candidate will likely come from Corporate Finance boutique or one of the Corporate Finance teams of a large accounting practice.
• Have 3 - 5 years of direct front-end M&A transaction experience or 2 years post qualification experience
• Strong numerical and financial modelling skills
• Ability to create Information Memorandums
• Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude 
• ACA or equivalent qualification is highly advantageous for this opportunity
