With a reputation for high quality engagements, my client is looking to recruit a transactions lawyer to work on an advisory focused portfolio consisting of multi-national M&A, restructuring, PE, international taxation and fund work.

As part of a collaborative team, you will be given the opportunity to build your technical knowledge, develop working relationships with your client base and work closely with the Partners to help build your client facing skills and begin focusing on a business case for Partner in the future.
