• Company Overview:

  • Diverse client base including UK listed, PE-backed, inbound, and family-owned groups
  • Growing team and winning new clients regularly

• Your Role:

  • Provide M&A Tax Advisory services as part of client service team
  • Tasks include tax advisory services, tax due diligence, structuring, international advisory work
  • Coordinate with specialist teams and oversee input from other offices
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, understand their businesses
  • Manage proposals, deliver tender documents, present at client pitches
  • Coach and develop junior staff

• Requirements:

  • ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA qualified
  • Proven corporate tax skills
  • Interest in specializing in M&A Tax
  • Experience building client relationships and project management skills
