We are looking for a Jamf admin to join our Mac Services team, helping to manage our growing Mac estate, while providing security and a great user experience

What you'll do:

· Managing a Mac estate in an Enterprise environment, across different countries

· Using Jamf Pro to create a build, that delivers security, compliance, and functionality

· Good written and verbal skills to create platform changes and describe workflows

· Creating effective and accurate workflows to deploy profiles and configurations

· Upgrading Jamf Pro in an on Prem environment

· Updating the estate with regular security releases to maintain a secure environment

What you'll bring:

· Jamf admin with experience in a large organisation following an ITIL framework

· A minimum Jamf 300 qualification, with 4 - 5 years of experience

· Experience in managing devices across a variety of geographic areas and networks

· Good communication skills within the team and ability to collaborate across teams

· You will be a good team player, reliable, accurate, consistent, and conscientious

· A Mac enthusiast, with passion for the platform

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
