As a Mac/Windows Engineer, you'll ensure seamless operations by offering technical support, troubleshooting issues, and driving innovative solutions. You'll excel both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating robust problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical support, ensuring uninterrupted daily operations
• Manage installation, maintenance, and updates of Mac and Windows software
• Administer and maintain user accounts
• Resolve hardware and software issues promptly
• Diagnose system failures and execute troubleshooting procedures
• Implement robust IT security measures
• Timely response to user inquiries and proactive system monitoring
• Identify and recommend system enhancements for improved functionality
• Integral role in project completion, infrastructure maintenance, and development

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a Mac/Windows Engineer
• Proficiency in Mac and Windows operating systems
• Expertise in Microsoft software support: Office, 365, AD, Servers, etc.
• Knowledge of Addigy Mobile Device Management
• Proficient in Apple macOS software installation, troubleshooting, and support
• Familiarity with network protocols, IP addressing, endpoints, switches, firewalls
• Understanding of computer security measures
