Machine Assembler

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work on the AM (6:55am - 2:55pm) and PM shifts (2:45pm - 10:45pm) within a manufacturing environment in Lancing, West Sussex. You will be assisting the running of machines, filling with raw materials, taking products from the machine and assembling and quality control checking. These shifts are rotating, you must be able to rotate, that is 1 x week of earlies, then the followng week of lates Operating production processes at the correct output rate to achieve the production plan and ensure the on time delivery of goods. Production processes include manual assembly processes, inspection or operating machinery/equipment and may require basic adjustments or maintenance to maintain output rates and quality standards. Manufacture product to the required quality standards and record data as determined by the relevant quality standards or specifications. Adhere to company heath and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Working as part of a team you will be expected to work in a proactive manner and help and support others to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
