Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Health Tech Start Up

We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join a a rapidly expanding health-Tech Start-up, who are looking to be number 1 in the industry in the next 5 years.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting, building, testing, and delivering a new and improved running engine that generates adaptive training plans for tens of thousands of active users.

Machine Learning Engineer Skills:

- Strong Python Programming
- A deep understanding of designing and implementing complex algorithms, data science and Machine Learning
- You should have at least 1 year of professional experience in data science and Machine Learning, or hold a PhD or Masters degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or Engineering
- Experienced in MLOps, experienced delivering features end-to-end, from architecture design and building through to releasing, testing, and supporting
- Confident in working in a fast paced environment and looking to take ownership over features

Machine Learning Engineer Nice to Haves:

- Experience with deployment, release cycles, or CI/CD, has experience monitoring models and algorithms in production, has experience with serverless architectures, AWS, and open-source contributions.
- You have a strong understanding of LLMs or training Deep Learning models
- Keen interest in health/fitness technologies is a big bonus!

Machine Learning Engineer Role:
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will collaborate closely with coaches to deliver their expertise to users and use a data-led approach to influence algorithms.

You will be part of a highly-skilled Cross-Functional Engineering Team, working closely with engineering, product, and coaching teams to shape the future of our platform. You should have a pragmatic mindset, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the confidence to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a highly-skilled engineering team.
