Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team. This is a remote role and we are flexible with considering applications from anywhere in Europe. As part of our AI team, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying Machine Learning models, driving our efforts to integrate intelligent solutions into our products and services.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models and algorithms.
• Choose and implement technologies for Machine Learning and AI development.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Conduct experiments, perform rigorous testing, and ensure model accuracy and performance.
• Continuously improve models based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Provide code reviews, assistance, and feedback to other team members.
• Maintain and refactor existing Machine Learning codebases.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and AI.
• Experience with managing entire code sources/projects independently;
• Experience in a startup environment handling a code base from end to end;
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras).
• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with model deployment and serving (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical models, and deep learning.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Would be a plus:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Clickhouse, Snowflake, Bigquery).
• Contribution to open-source Machine Learning projects (e.g., Github, Hugging Face, Replicate).
• Knowledge of AI cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Together AI, Nebius AI, Cohere).
• Experience in a startup environment and managing end-to-end Machine Learning projects.
• Practical experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Passion for blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency.
• Experience of mentoring a team and leading a project;
• Contribution to open-source Machine Learning projects (e.g., Github, Hugging Face, Replicate).
