We are recruiting for night Machine Operators to work in Wellington, near Taunton, Somerset on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be working in a small team. Duties will include programming and operating machinery. Filtering the materials through the machines, topping up chemical and fluid levels on the machinery. Changing the tools on the machine to manufacture different products. Fault finding and resolving issues to ensure the smooth running of production. It is loud in the working environment, ear defenders will be provided, and you will be working at room temperature.
Hours of work:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
6.00am to 2.00pm and 2.00pm to 10.00pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern
All of your breaks are paid
Rate of pay:
The starting rate of pay is 11.90 an hour which will increase once you are semi trained and another increase once you are fully trained.
There would be regular overtime available which is paid at time and half during the week and double pay at the weekends.
All breaks are paid. There will be a pay review.
