AddressRole: Production Technician
Location: Knowsley
Salary: £30,000 - £31,500
Shift: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Technician to join an established engineering business in Knowsley.

Responsibilities:
- Production process operations processing customer manufactured parts that have been thermally coated
- Responsible for quality of work and level of production
- Ensure that components are processed according to the quality standards / process documents for each application
- Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure preceding operations have been carried out correctly and to verify that your own work has met the required standards
- To gain a thorough understanding, through training provided and experience, of the factors that affect coating quality and be able to use that knowledge to ensure components are processed to approved methods
- Good housekeeping of own work area and contribute to the 5S improvements of the working environment.
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- The ideal candidate will have a production or manufacturing background and the ability to read engineering instructions and measurement techniques, however training will be provided for the specific tasks required for this role and anyone who can evidence an aptitude for this type of role and is keen to develop new skills will be considered.
Salary / package:
- Pension - match contribution from 4% - 10%
