GBP12.50 (plus overtime outside of normal shift pattern)
What you'll be doing
As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for setting up the machine for the production lines and ensuring due diligence is followed and have a right first-time approach. As part of your role, you will be ensuring the team are working to their maximum potential as well as ensuring that the machinery is working consistently and correctly. Duties of this role include:
Operating the machines in line with related safety and quality proceduresResponsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.Asses and report anomalies and issuesOrganize workflow on the line to support daily production targetsWork as part of a team to attain safety & performance KPI'sWilling to learn several machinery roles to be part of a multi-skilled teamThis role will entail minimum of 10KG lifting.
