Do you have experience in Embroidery and have operated an Embroidery Machine.
I am currently recruiting for a client in Swindon who is looking to bring the Embroidery function of the production line inhouse.
What are your duties and responsibilities?
- Utilise automatic and semi-automatic high-capacity embroidery machinery.
- Perform upkeep on embroidery machinery as outlined in the SOP and equipment user manuals, provided that adequate training and instructions have been given.
- Collaborate with team members, Leaders, and Management to meet set goals and ensure that high standards of quality are reached and sustained.
- Carry out embroidery tasks and processes in accordance with the endorsed standard operating procedures (SOP) and work guidelines.
- As directed by the Leaders, provide training, guidance, and supervision to new employees and/or temporary personnel as needed.
- Perform routine SAP transactions.
- To maintain a clean and hazard free working environment.
Benefits:
- This role is 5 days a week on site 7am - 4pm.

Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar role and environment. - Must have previous Embroidery experience
- Good strong hand/eye coordination.
- Willingness to learn and absorb information and knowledge relating to the companies products.
- The ability to work independently and also as part of a wider team.
- Must be physically fit to undertake various manual handling tasks
This is a Physically demanding role, where you may have to stand for long periods if tine, bend and twist neck and waist, pushing and pulling things and carry and lift things up to 15kg. if you don't feel like you'll be able to deal with the demands of this role then this might not be the role for you.
