We are recruiting two Machine Operative's to join the small, busy team in our on-site plastic moulding ice cream tub facility. This is where we produce the tubs and lids for our famous ice cream.

The shift pattern for this role is;

• Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00; or
• Friday to Monday, 10:00-20:00 (Sunday hours will be 12:00-22:00)

Duties including setting up and running semi-automated plastic moulding machines in line with the planning schedule; managing colour and label changeover, pallet fill and wrap. You are also required to monitor quality checks and trouble shoot machine issues as they arise.

Applicants will preferably have experience of similar machine operations, ideally in blown plastics such as bottle forming, or heat formed food packaging and be able to work on their own initiative whilst meeting daily output targets. Ability to work with minimal supervision and attention to detail are essential.

Own transport or access to reliable transport is essential due to our location. Please note that the factory is not on a bus route.
