This is a new role and provides an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in the development and delivery of communication, leadership and management skills. We are reviewing and expanding our product portfolio and this provides an opportunity for a high calibre individual to make an impact.
The postholder will manage a highly experienced and committed team of training specialists delivering our current and future suite of training, face to face and online. We are looking for a leader who, in addition to managing the team, will be able to contribute their own area of expertise in communication skills, leadership, conflict resolution, talking therapies.
The successful candidate will have a track record of leadership in the delivery of education and will provide expertise, direction and support to the team in reviewing and expanding the range and quality of our services in line with new evidence, patient and service needs, policies and legislation.
The post-holder will collaborate with senior colleagues across the Trust to drive policy and education opportunities that enables every Christie staff member to increase their skills and confidence in compassionate and effective communication.
