- Receive, process, and distribute mail and courier deliveries.
- Sort and insert items collected from departments or printed via the print room.
- Process outbound mail and prepare for collection on the same day received.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Communicate with customer departments regarding queries and monitor/respond to queries via email.
- Provide cover for other Document Services functions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Attention to quality and detail.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes.
- Understanding of deadlines and ability to meet targets.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
