Maintenance AdministratorSalary: From £24,000Location: BristolAs a
Maintenance Administrator you will be working on the repairs team assisting with:
- Managing inhouse operatives diaries, scheduling appointments with tenants
- Handling specific work flow status within an inhouse system, ensuring the system is kept up to date with accurate information
- Communicating and building strong relationships with inhouse operatives and responding to all enquiries
- Process work orders, ensuring they meet client expectations
- Handling emails and phone calls, providing high quality customer service
- Communicating amongst the team, maintaining a collaborative environment
To be successful in this
Maintenance Administrator role you will need to:
- Be an experienced Scheduler/ Repairs Administrator/ Maintenance Coordinator/ Repairs Coordinator
- Have great communication both written and verbal
- Have previous Social Housing/ Facilities Management Experience
