Maintenance And Research Test Facility Technician

Location: Osney Mead, Oxford OX2 0ES We are seeking a full-time Maintenance and Research Test Facility Technician to join the Oxford Thermofluids Institute (OTI) at the Department of Engineering Science (Osney Mead, Oxford). This is a permanent post. The OTI houses some of the most advanced high-speed flow and turbine facilities in the UK. The postholder will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance tasks as well as provide installation support for the experimental facilities of the Institute. You should possess a relevant formal qualification in an appropriate such as HNC, BTEC, City and Guilds award or equivalent in an appropriate subject (e.g. mechanical engineering apprenticeship) together with significant experience in building Maintenance and installation of large experimental equipment.
