Mainstay recruitment are currently working with a well established company who are looking to recruit for a Maintenance Assistant. As a Maintenance assistant you will be performing a variety of maintenance across 3 commercial sites within Leicester. The Maintenance Assistant will be performing a variety of fabric maintenance such as basic plumbing, basic carpentry, basic tiling, basic joinery, changing lights, replacing sockets.
Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance across 3 sites within Leicester
- The Maintenance Assistant will be performing a variety of fabric maintenance such as basic plumbing, basic carpentry, basic tiling, basic joinery, changing lights, replacing sockets.
- As a Maintenance Assistant you will assist other trades with any work being completed on sites
- You will also assist with any refurbishment projects
- As a Maintenance Assistant you will ensure all work completed is in line with Health and Safety regulations
- The relevant candidate must have experience in performing a variety of maintenance tasks
- The relevant candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in performing planned and reactive maintenance
- Full UK Driving license
