Salary Pertemps Slough are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to work with a private school based in Gerrards Cross.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
-General cleaning duties- checking toilets, replenishing supplies, checking bins, graffiti removal, minibus checks.
-Assisting contractors throughout the premises.
-Minor maintenance duties - furniture, minor grounds maintenance (when required), general repairs, decorating and changing light bulbs, opening/closing the premises.
-Prepare and layout furniture/equipment for activities and events directed by senior staff.
To be considered for this Maintenance Assistant role, you should possess the following:
-DBS cleared - an enhanced DBS check will be conducted before your employment starts.
-Be hard-working, pro-active, dependable, and able to work to your own initiative.
-An understanding of Health and Safety to ensure the safety of yourself, students, staff and visitors.
-Must hold a full UK driving license.
