Mount Kelly is seeking to appoint a permanent and full-time Maintenance Assistant.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor the successful candidate will join a team of Maintenance staff with responsibility for the maintenance of the Mount Kelly site including carpentry, painting and decorating and general maintenance tasks, including Health and Safety compliance checks.
Ideally the successful candidate would have skills in general maintenance including hanging doors, changing locks, replacing windows and glazing, painting and repair of soffits, fascia’s and bargeboards. An understanding of basic plumbing and/or minor electrical work would be helpful.
